On behalf of our delegates, the WHCN secretariat (AGPN) has negotiated excellent rates and booking conditions at a range of properties. These hotels and apartments range in rating from four to five star and are located within walking distance of the Cairns Convention Centre (CCC). Please read the below information before booking accommodation.
All accommodation bookings will close on Tuesday 19 June unless sold out prior.
Discounted accommodation rates are available through the online registration only. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
A credit card is required to secure your booking. This credit card will not be charged instantly unless you confirm this on the payment page.
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required by Tuesday 19 June 2012. If payment for your accommodation has not been received by this date, the hotel will process the debit on the credit card supplied.
It is a requirement of all Australian hotels that you provide a credit card or a cash deposit on check in. This is to cover incidentals incurred during your stay and will be required even if you have paid in full before arrival.
